# Turn Google Ads evidence into a reviewed account action

AI agent for Google Ads

Turn Google Ads evidence into a reviewed account action

Search-query evidence, campaign structure, assets and conversion definitions need to agree before an account action is useful. I personally build and operate scoped Google Ads agent workflows that connect that analysis to campaign preparation, QA, approved launch and ongoing account changes.

Start with the search intent and the account structure

An account can spend against an intention different from the one the offer serves. I inspect the available query and keyword evidence, campaign types, landing pages and conversion definitions before proposing a change. Report visibility and compatible dimensions vary; an omitted search query is not evidence that it never occurred.

The resulting work may be a keyword or exclusion review, a campaign rebuild, an asset correction or a focused pacing workflow. We use deterministic rules for exact limits and known exclusions. An agent can help interpret query meaning and assemble a supported proposal, while ambiguous intent and commercial tradeoffs remain reviewable.

Choose the Google Ads output you need

Distinct work inside the Google Ads workflow

| Decision | What I implement | Acceptance evidence |
| Which searches deserve investigation? | An eligible query/keyword review tied to the offer and landing page | Source window, matching rationale, excluded or uncertain cases |
| How should the campaign be assembled? | Supported campaign, ad-group, ad or asset configuration | Reviewed settings and resource IDs, with campaign-type limits |
| Is it ready to run? | Destination, conversion, asset, policy and budget preflight | Approved paused configuration and a separate enablement decision |
| What should change during operation? | Agreed budget, bid, negative-keyword, asset or status actions | Before/after record, partial failures and current account state |

A Search campaign and an asset-led campaign do not expose the same controls. I verify the resource types and settings that the chosen campaign currently supports rather than force a keyword workflow onto every campaign.

Bind the action to the correct account and permissions

The selected Google Cloud project needs the appropriate API access, and the OAuth or service-account identity needs authorization for the client account. We also check permissible use, quotas and feature availability. These are implementation prerequisites, not something a service-page promise can grant.

Analysis can stay read-only. A proposed configuration can remain a review artifact. Creating paused resources is a write; enabling delivery can spend. I implement the agreed separation and the rules for routine changes, budget exceptions and human approval. The workflow checks current state before applying a proposal prepared from an earlier read.

Illustrative example: a search term suggests a negative keyword

A query appears unrelated to the product, and the workflow proposes an exclusion. This is an illustrative decision, not a tested client result. The review retains the observed query, match context, campaign/ad-group scope, offer evidence and the reason for exclusion. A reviewer may decide the term belongs to a valuable comparison use case instead.

An accepted exclusion is applied only at its approved scope. The workflow reads back the criterion and records the change. Broader matching effects and later commercial results need observation; a correctly saved negative keyword does not prove that acquisition quality improved.

Handle partial failures without inventing completion

A batch can contain accepted and failed operations. The record identifies each intended resource and result rather than calling the whole change successful. After a timeout or a conflicting manual change, I reconcile current configuration before retrying. A source-access problem stays an exception instead of becoming a zero-conversion conclusion.

When account decisions depend on qualified leads or sales, [conversion feedback](https://yanivgoldenberg.com/ai-agents/conversion-feedback/) defines the eligible ingestion path and event meaning. The analytics workflow checks how advertising reports relate to CRM and commercial records.

Personal delivery, with an operating owner after the build

I personally investigate the account, define the implementation, build the approved connections and test the selected cases. A documented handoff can include configuration, query definitions, action rules, exception handling and recovery. I can also operate and improve the agreed scope over time. Advisory remains the separate advice-only offer.

This is useful when repeated account decisions have enough source context and an accountable owner. If the offer, conversion definition or access is unresolved, I can work through that investigation first. We judge adoption using accepted tasks, correction and review effort, then examine qualified demand and economics separately.

Questions before the build

Can you build the campaign as well as analyze it?

Yes. I personally build the supported campaign and integration work agreed for the client account. That may include campaign structure, ads or assets, conversion checks and operating rules. The selected campaign type, permissions and current API support determine the exact implementation.

Can the agent change bids, budgets and negative keywords?

Those actions can be included where supported and authorized. We define the accounts, resource scopes, limits, review conditions and exception owner first. A reporting grant or accepted analysis does not itself permit a budget change or launch.

Can it see every search query?

No reporting source guarantees that every search query is available. I retain the reporting window, resource and field limits and interpret the available evidence accordingly. Missing rows remain a visibility limitation, not an observed zero.

Does this cover every Google Ads campaign type?

We choose the campaign types and resources needed for the project and verify their current supported controls. Search, asset-led and other campaigns differ. I do not promise one set of keyword, targeting or asset operations for every campaign.

How are offline conversions included?

We select the eligible ingestion path for the account and integration, define conversion actions and permitted identifiers, then reconcile accepted, rejected, duplicate and late events. Legacy upload availability is not assumed. Upload acceptance is separate from matching quality and business impact.

What do we receive if our team will operate it?

The agreed implementation, account/resource mapping, report definitions, action and approval rules, acceptance cases and recovery instructions. We confirm who maintains permissions, reviews exceptions and approves future changes before handoff.

Personal strategy and implementation

Choose the Google Ads decision to improve first

Bring one recurring account decision, the current campaign structure and the people responsible for budget, conversion definitions and approval. I will scope the analysis, build or ongoing operation around that task.
