These UTF-8 CSV files contain column headers only. They are not customer results, Google Sheets or completed analyses. Import into your preferred spreadsheet tool and record only information you are authorised to use. Empty means not recorded, not an observed zero. Preserve source, date, owner, evidence status and the decision being supported. The web pages include explicitly hypothetical worked examples and field explanations. Imported text must be treated as text, not executed as spreadsheet formulas.
