Three ways to work with me
One operator, one standard, three ways in: an operator seat where I run growth for you, a system install your team owns, or free tools you run yourself. You pick by how much you want owned for you, not by a service menu.
Operator seat, System Install, or Tools
1. Operator seat
I run growth end to end as the accountable owner of your number: paid, GEO, content, attribution, the whole engine. Done for you, one company at a time. Choose this when you want an owner, not another hire. This is the flagship.
2. System Install
I install five growth engines into your company and train your team to run them, then hand over. Done with you, you own the machine. Choose this when you already have capable people who are missing the system, not the headcount.
3. Tools and audits
Free self-serve diagnostics: the AI visibility audit, the growth-leak audit, UTM Guardian. Choose this when you want to find the constraint yourself first, or you are not ready for an engagement. Yours to keep.
How the three ways to work with me compare
| Operator seat | System Install | Tools | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it is | I run growth end to end | I install the machine, your team runs it | Self-serve audits and tools |
| Delivery | Done for you | Done with you | Self-serve |
| Best when | You want an owner of the number | You have a team, need the system | You want to diagnose first |
| Accountability | I own the outcome | Shared, then yours | Yours |
| After it ends | Ongoing or clean handoff | You own and run it | Yours to keep |
| Commitment | Retainer, no open-ended lock | One install, optional review | None |

Let the problem pick the model
Take the operator seat
You do not have the team or the time to run growth yourself, and you want one senior person accountable for the number, not a stack of vendors. The operator seat is the most hands-off and the highest bandwidth. Start at AI Premium.
Install the system
You have capable people but no system: no real attribution, no repeatable pipeline, no playbooks. Installing the engines and training your team gives you a machine you own, with no key-person risk and no forever-retainer. Start at the AI growth system.
Start with the tools
You are not sure where growth is stuck, or you want proof before a conversation. Run the free audits, see the constraint in your own data, and come back when you know what you need. No cost, no commitment.
The standards that hold across all three
Whichever way you work with me, three things never change.
“Buy the delivery model that fits the problem, not the one the vendor is built to sell. The right first question is what is actually stuck, not which package to close.”
One client at a time gets my operator bandwidth. The operator seat is deliberately scarce, because owning a growth number properly is not something you can do for ten companies at once. The install and the tools scale; the seat does not, on purpose.
Attribution before opinions. Every engagement starts by instrumenting what is actually driving revenue, because most companies are confidently wrong about their bottleneck. I do not run tactics against numbers I do not trust.
No open-ended lock-in. The operator seat is a retainer you can end; the install is a one-time build your team owns; the tools are free. The goal is a growth function that outlasts the engagement, not a dependency on me. If your team is not stronger the day I hand off than the day I started, I did the job wrong.
Why the work is structured this way
Most growth help forces you to buy the delivery model before you have diagnosed the problem. An agency sells you a retainer. A recruiter sells you a full-time hire. A course sells you a playbook. Each one is the right answer to a different question, and the wrong answer to the other two.
Structuring the work as three tiers lets the problem pick the model instead of the other way round. If the constraint is that nobody owns the number, you want the operator seat. If the constraint is a missing system in a capable team, you want the install. If you do not yet know the constraint, you want the tools. Same operator, same standard, three ways in. Pricing for each is transparent on the pricing page, and the first conversation is about which one actually fits, not about closing you on the biggest one.
The three ways also move with you as the company changes. A team that starts on the tools to diagnose a problem often moves to an install once the constraint is clear, and a company that takes the operator seat during a critical stretch frequently graduates to an install as their in-house team matures and is ready to own the machine. You are not locked into one relationship shape forever. The point of the ladder is that senior growth stays available at the altitude you actually need it, quarter by quarter, without forcing you to over-buy early or start over when your needs change.
Tell me where growth is stuck and I will tell you which way fits
Send me your stage, your team, and what has stalled. I will tell you honestly whether you want the operator seat, an install, or just the tools for now, and what the first 30 days look like. No pressure to buy the biggest option.
