אתר yanivgoldenberg.com רואה חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני לכלל המשתמשים ובשיפור חוויית הגלישה עבור אנשים עם מוגבלות. אנו פועלים להנגיש את האתר בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 של ארגון W3C ברמת AA.
האתר תואם חלקית לתקן ת"י 5568 ברמה AA. בוצעו בדיקות נגישות אוטומטיות באמצעות מנוע axe-core וכן בדיקות ידניות חלקיות (ניווט מקלדת, ניגודיות, מבנה כותרות וכיווניות). תהליך הנגשה מלא בליווי מורשה נגישות שירות מתוכנן להשלמת ההתאמות.
הפעולות שבוצעו: ניווט מלא באמצעות מקלדת וקישור "דילוג לתוכן" בראש כל עמוד. מבנה כותרות היררכי ותקין (H1 יחיד בכל עמוד). טקסט חלופי (alt) לתמונות תוכן. ניגודיות צבעים בין טקסט לרקע בהתאם לרמה AA. קישורים הניתנים להבחנה גם ללא תלות בצבע (קו תחתון). תיוג שפה וכיווניות נכונים בעמודים בעברית (lang="he-IL", dir="rtl"). טפסים עם תוויות (labels) משויכות לשדות. תאימות לקוראי מסך נפוצים.

We work to make this site accessible in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998), the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments) 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines at Level AA.
This site is partially conformant with IS 5568 at Level AA. We have run automated testing (axe-core) and partial manual testing (keyboard navigation, color contrast, heading structure and directionality). The following was addressed: Full keyboard navigation and a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page. Correct, hierarchical heading structure (a single H1 per page). Alternative text (alt) for content images. Text/background color contrast meeting Level AA. Links distinguishable without relying on color alone (underlined). Correct language and directionality tags on Hebrew pages (lang="he-IL", dir="rtl"). Forms with labels programmatically associated to their fields. Compatibility with common screen readers.

The commitment behind this accessibility statement: every visitor should be able to read, navigate and contact this site, whatever assistive technology they use. The target standard is WCAG 2.0 AA, which Israeli regulation IS 5568 adopts for websites serving the public.
What was actually done, not just promised: every page was audited with automated tooling (axe), color contrast was fixed sitewide, focus rings are visible for keyboard navigation, Hebrew pages declare correct language and direction for screen readers, and images carry descriptive alternative text. The methodology follows the W3C WCAG quick reference and the Israeli government accessibility guidance.
Accessibility is maintenance, not a certificate: new pages go through the same checks before publishing, and regressions are treated as bugs. If something on this site blocks you, report it and it gets fixed: email the address on this page with the URL and what happened. Related policies: privacy policy, cookie policy, terms of service.
Automated checks. Every published page runs through axe-core automated auditing. The pass condition is zero violations, not zero critical violations. This accessibility statement is updated when the audited page set changes.
Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard: navigation menus, accordion FAQs, forms and buttons. Focus indicators are visible against the dark design system rather than suppressed for aesthetics, which is the most common failure on dark-themed sites.
Color and contrast. Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.0 AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds, verified sitewide during the remediation and re-checked when the design system changes.
Bilingual support. Hebrew pages declare language and reading direction so screen readers switch voice and order correctly. The Hebrew hub mirrors the accessible component patterns of the English pages.
Known limitations. Embedded third party tools, like the interactive audit scanner, render inside their own frames and carry their own accessibility properties; issues found there are forwarded to the tool's roadmap. PDF attachments generated by email tooling target readable structure but are not yet individually certified.
Enforcement context. Israeli regulation IS 5568 adopts WCAG 2.0 AA for public-facing websites, and this accessibility statement exists to document conformance work honestly: what passed, what is monitored, and where to report anything that blocks you.
