Website & Brand Build
Website Redesign and Rebuild
Rebuild an existing website around clearer buyer decisions while accounting for the content, destinations and editing needs already in use. Agree what stays, what changes and how the team will review the transition.
Begin with the website you have

A redesign starts with an existing business surface. Important pages, forms, assets, search destinations and editing habits may already be doing useful work. Inventory those dependencies before deciding which content or design should change.
The scope connects buyer questions, approved content, original design and implementation. I personally deliver the agreed redesign work. Platform, languages, integrations and release responsibilities follow the actual requirements rather than an assumed package.
What the agreed work can cover
Current-site and continuity brief
Identify the pages, assets, buyer paths, forms and destinations that matter. Record what should be retained, changed or created and who can approve those decisions.
Content and page requirements
Clarify the questions each page needs to answer, the facts it can support and the next action. Name content authors, factual reviewers and editing owners.
Design and implementation
Develop the agreed design direction and implement the selected pages and behavior. Keep accepted versions and unresolved dependencies clear.
Acceptance and handoff
Agree the included mobile, keyboard, form, destination and editing checks. Hand over approved content, source assets, instructions and known limitations.
How the engagement comes together
Review the existing surface
Inventory important content and dependencies with the people who maintain the site. Separate a visual preference from a buyer or operational problem.
Agree and build the change
Choose the page scope, continuity requirements and design direction. Review factual content and implement the agreed behavior.
Verify and hand over
Review the acceptance evidence and remaining limits with the owner. Publication, hosting and continuing maintenance responsibilities are explicitly agreed.
Continuity belongs in the scope
A redesign may connect to a separate SEO migration or measurement workstream, but it does not automatically include every hosting, ecommerce or integration change. Identify those needs before implementation and agree who owns the release and retained destinations.
A functioning rebuild and an observed commercial improvement answer different questions. Keep acceptance of the agreed pages separate from post-release learning. There is no promise of a ranking uplift, zero search loss or a particular conversion result.
Questions about the service
How is this different from a first website build?
A redesign starts with existing pages, assets, destinations and editing needs. The scope explicitly decides what should remain, change or be created before implementing the agreed replacement.
Can you preserve important existing destinations?
Identify them in the inventory and agree how changes will be handled and checked. Retained paths and any separately scoped migration requirements belong in the acceptance plan.
Do we have to change the platform?
No platform change is assumed. The choice follows the agreed content, editor, integration and maintenance requirements.
Are forms, measurement and ongoing support included?
Each is an individual scope decision. Agree included behavior and event definitions, access, acceptance checks and continuing support responsibilities before work starts.
Do you guarantee more conversions or rankings?
No. The scope defines what will be built and checked. Commercial and search outcomes are observed separately after the agreed release.
