AI Foundation

Six Months. A Growth Machine You Keep.

Most marketing teams run on fragmented manual ops: tools that do not talk to each other, attribution nobody trusts, and a weekly report someone assembled in a spreadsheet. AI Foundation replaces that with an owned system your team can run without me. $7,500/month, 6-month minimum. When the engagement ends, the machine keeps running. Not rented access. Not a retainer. A documented stack that outlives the engagement.

AI Growth Systems: the operating layer between your ads account and your bank account. I don’t rent you ChatGPT. I install a growth machine.

Fit

Right fit for Foundation. And who should look at Premium instead.

Right fit for Foundation

B2B SaaS post-PMF with $30K+ per month in acquisition spend and a broken attribution layer

Teams that fired their agency and need a real machine, not another retainer

Companies where the CEO is still the de facto CMO and the first hire is a system, not a person

Marketing ops leads who know what needs to be built but do not have the time or n8n depth to build it

IL tech and SaaS teams at 10-50 employees where the founder is still running growth manually and needs a system before the next hire makes sense

Look at Premium instead if

You need paid acquisition managed hands-on, not just measured: that is AI Premium

You need GEO citation monitoring and a content pipeline running simultaneously from day one: Premium ships those together

Your budget is above $50K/month in acquisition and you need an exec-level reporting cadence: Premium has bi-weekly strategy calls

What ships

Month 1 to Month 6: what gets installed and when

Month 1

Attribution pipeline

Server-side tracking setup, GA4 audit and event taxonomy clean-up, CAPI integration for Meta, CRM event mapping. By the end of month 1, a paid conversion has a verified path from ad click to CRM record. Everything built in month 2 onward depends on this being clean.

Month 2

Automation layer

n8n workflows for the three highest-ROI automations identified in the stack audit: typically lead routing, Slack or Telegram alerts on funnel anomalies, and automated weekly performance reporting. Human-review gates built in from the start.

Month 3

AI content pipeline

Research-to-draft pipeline with quality gates: topic research, brief generation, LLM draft, editorial review workflow, and publish cadence. Output is a system your editor approves and publishes, not raw AI text.

Month 4

Dashboard and monitoring

Real-time Growth Command Center: spend, CAC, funnel conversion, and channel quality displayed in a single view. Telegram alerts on anomalies (CAC spike, ROAS drop, conversion rate fall). One dashboard your CEO can open and trust.

Month 5

GEO layer

AI citation optimization: structured data audit, llms.txt setup, schema expansion, and a citability program for your key product pages. Monitored across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.

Month 6

Handoff and owner training

Two weeks of parallel operation where your team drives and I co-pilot. Full documentation: runbooks, SOPs, architecture diagrams. The machine runs standalone for two weeks before the engagement closes. You own everything from day one of month 6.

I don’t rent you ChatGPT. I install a growth machine your team runs after I leave.

Proof

Systems that outlive the engagement. Here is the track record.

Elementor
$200K → $20M ARR
Organic engine built as a system. Kept producing after the engagement ended. 100x growth, #1 channel without link buying.
Riverside.fm
+337% MRR
Measurement first, then scale. Attribution clean before paid reached $450K/month. The system ran after handoff.
cnvrg.io
Intel acquisition
Pipeline strong enough for an acquirer to underwrite. Demand generation systems in place before the deal closed.
The alternative

What six months of Foundation costs versus what you are spending now

A junior marketing hire at $60,000-80,000 per year ramps in 3-6 months. The system lives in their head. When they leave, the institutional knowledge goes with them. Foundation ships a machine in 6 months that your team drives without the builder on call.

An agency at $8,000-15,000 per month builds their own access, not yours. When you stop paying, access stops. Foundation is $7,500/month and what you own at month 6 is worth 100% of the total investment: documented n8n workflows, clean attribution pipelines, an AI content system with editorial gates, and a dashboard your CFO can trust. The agency cannot give you that.

$45,000 total for a machine that keeps running. $720,000 over 3 years for a full-time Head of Growth who ramps slowly and may leave. The math is not close.

AI Foundation by Yaniv Goldenberg: 6-month engagement installing measurement, automation, content pipeline, and dashboards. $7,500 per month. You keep the machine.
Six months. Six system layers. The machine keeps running when the engagement ends.
This vs. alternatives

AI agency at $8-15K/mo$48-90,000Their access. Nothing. Retainer theater.
Junior marketing hire$40-50K (6-month loaded cost)One person whose knowledge leaves with them
Marketing automation freelancer$10-30K projectOne workflow. No attribution. No content system. No dashboards.

Timeline

Day 1 to Day 90: what you can expect to see

Day 1-30

Attribution layer live

Stack audit complete, server-side tracking deployed, GA4 event taxonomy verified, first clean conversion path confirmed. You can trace a paid click to a CRM record for the first time.

Day 31-60

Automation and content live

Three highest-ROI n8n automations running. AI content pipeline producing first drafts with editorial gates. Reporting automation delivering weekly briefs without a human compiling spreadsheets.

Day 61-90

Dashboard live, first optimization loop running

Growth Command Center live with real-time data. First Telegram alert fired on a real anomaly. Content pipeline producing one approved piece per week. Your team starts learning the system they will own at month 6.

FAQ

Questions on AI Foundation

Why is 6 months the minimum?

Month 1 installs measurement. Months 2 and 3 build on measurement. Month 4 and 5 compound on top of both. You cannot see a growth machine until it is built. Six months is the minimum viable install; shorter is a sprint with partial output, not a Foundation. Clients who push for 3-month engagements get 3 months of work with no compounding. That is a different product at a different price.

What do I own at the end of 6 months?

Everything: n8n workflow library (documented and version-controlled), attribution dashboards (yours, not my login), AI content pipeline with editorial gates, GEO schema layer, monitoring and alert system, full SOPs and runbooks. Nothing runs through my login after month 6. The machine is yours from day one of month 6.

Do I need developers on my team?

No. The Foundation stack runs on n8n (no-code automation), native schema and CMS, and LLM APIs. One non-technical marketing ops person can maintain it after month 6. For items that do require development (server-side tracking, CRM integrations), I either build them directly or write a spec your existing dev can implement in a day.

Can Foundation run alongside our existing agency?

Yes. Foundation installs the measurement layer the agency should have built. It often reveals what the agency has been spending on. A common outcome: clients cut the agency at month 3 when they see the delta between platform ROAS and actual CRM-attributed revenue.

Can we upgrade to Premium mid-engagement?

Yes. Premium adds paid account management, full GEO engine, and exec reporting cadence to Foundation. You can upgrade at month 3 with the price difference prorated from the upgrade date forward. Most upgrades happen when the attribution layer is clean enough to run paid with real numbers.

What is the difference between Foundation and the $3K AI Audit?

The $3,000 AI Audit is a one-week diagnostic: read-only, no builds, maps gaps and prices ROI. Foundation takes that roadmap and builds everything on it. The audit cost offsets against Foundation within 60 days of the audit if you proceed.
