AI Premium
Personal Growth Leadership and Execution. A System You Keep.
I lead strategy and personally implement the agreed growth work: paid acquisition, measurement, useful buyer content, search readiness, lifecycle and reporting. Premium combines selected build and ongoing operation; a Hybrid extension can define additional executive responsibilities. We agree the decisions, delivery capacity, dependencies and coverage for each client or project, then document the assets and operation your team retains.
A paid, content and search programme needs coordinated decisions, source definitions and implementation ownership. Compare a team, specialists and my service for the same work, total cost, delivery capacity and continuity rather than assume a fixed set of salaries or fragmented operation.
I personally build and operate the agreed paid, content, measurement and reporting work alongside the responsible team. The scope names strategic authority, dependencies, capacity and operating review. Documentation and transfer identify company-controlled assets, licensed services, maintenance and the continuing owner.
Investment
Scope and pricing, including any Hybrid Operator accountability, depend on the engagement.
AI Premium
Scope-dependent
Scope and pricing agreed for the engagement
- Full paid management (Google + Meta) + GEO engine + AI content pipeline + Growth Command Center + Attribution OS + bi-weekly exec reporting. Add full Operator accountability (exec decision-making, board reporting, strategic cadence): scope and pricing depend on the engagement. Full pricing at Full pricing and AI Growth Systems.

What gets installed
Six systems, with scope and delivery milestones agreed before work starts.
Paid acquisition management
I personally manage the paid accounts included in scope. Define the conversion and commercial decision, review eligible customer and revenue records, then test and implement the campaign changes the evidence supports. Account structure, tracking repairs, spend decisions and review windows follow the actual buying motion and permissions.
GEO and AI citation engine
Multi-LLM monitoring (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot) for brand and product mentions. Schema expansion, llms.txt, structured citability program for money pages. Citation share tracked as a KPI alongside organic and paid. Weekly citation review cadence.
AI content pipeline
Research-to-publish system with quality gates at every step: topic intelligence, brief generation, LLM draft, anti-slop editorial review, GEO optimization, and publish cadence. Your content lead approves and publishes; the machine does the research, draft, and first-pass quality check.
Growth Command Center
I build the agreed dashboard from named sources, definitions and refresh timing. Show unmatched records and unavailable connections. Alerts use selected thresholds and named destinations, with a person responsible for review and escalation.
Attribution OS
I implement the measurement needed for the agreed decision, which can include supported browser or server events, CRM mapping and cohort economics. Reconcile selected records to source systems, retain matching rules and limitations, and distinguish attributed credit from incremental effect. A single number does not erase unresolved journeys or different metric definitions.
Exec cadence and board-ready metrics
Bi-weekly 60-minute strategy calls with prepared briefs: current performance, anomalies, decisions needed, and next sprint. Monthly board-ready metrics package: CAC, payback period, channel quality, and pipeline contribution. Automated briefing runs itself; you review and approve.
One senior operator personally leading and delivering the agreed work, with additional team or specialist capacity named where needed. The Hybrid extension defines any additional executive mandate; the underlying service still includes personal execution.
$100M+ managed. Three companies where the system outlived the engagement.
Fit
Who Premium is built for. And who should start with Foundation instead.
Right fit for Premium
- ✓ B2B, B2C, SaaS or ecommerce teams needing coordinated personal growth delivery and system operation
- ✓ Companies replacing an agency and wanting a fully owned machine, not a new retainer
- ✓ Teams with a defined commercial decision and agreed implementation dependencies
- ✓ CEOs who need a CFO-level answer on paid spend and do not have one today
- ✓ Teams where paid, content, and GEO are three separate vendors with no coordinated number
- ✓ Teams in Israel or international markets needing integrated work and named operating coverage
Start with Foundation instead if
- ✗ You manage paid in-house and need the infrastructure layer more than account management: Foundation ships that
- ✗ You need the selected infrastructure build and handoff rather than ongoing channel operation
- ✗ You need personal investigation of the available evidence before agreeing the operating mandate; compare the AI Audit scope
Premium versus the market alternatives at this budget level
| Option | Monthly cost | What you own at handoff |
|---|---|---|
| AI Premium | Scope-dependent | Agreed installed systems, documentation and owner training; continuing maintenance and licences identified |
| Full-time Head of Growth | Illustrative compensation assumption: $16-25K loaded (not a market benchmark) | Compare actual responsibilities, delivery capacity, company-controlled assets, documentation and continuity |
| Agency with agreed operating scope | Pricing and terms agreed for the engagement | Check ownership, transfer, maintenance and access in the actual agreement |
| 3 separate freelancers (paid + content + GEO) | Pricing and terms agreed for the engagement | Check coordination, shared definitions, implementation owners and operating review |
| AI or automation specialist | Pricing and terms agreed for the engagement | Check technical delivery, relevant growth judgment, evidence and support |
Timeline
An implementation sequence to agree for your scope
Attribution OS and paid baseline
Inspect the agreed source records and implement the selected tracking and paid-account changes. Retain eligible test journeys, expected events, observed records and unresolved cases before expanding the work.
Content pipeline and dashboards live
Release the selected content and reporting workflows with editorial review, named source definitions and monitoring. Test the agreed alert and failure cases; do not manufacture a real anomaly or treat content release as a citation result.
Optimization loop running and exec cadence established
Review the delivered work and eligible observations, choose the next operating decision and refine the scope. Set content cadence, executive reviews and cohort windows from the actual need and available evidence.

FAQ
Questions on AI Premium
What does "3 hires in a box" actually mean?
It describes an integrated scope, not the capacity of three full-time people. I personally lead and implement the agreed work across selected growth functions. We define capacity, dependencies, approvals, documentation and continuing operation for each client or project, including any additional team support.
What is the difference between Foundation and Premium?
Foundation installs the infrastructure: measurement, automation, content pipeline, dashboards, and GEO layer. Your team runs paid. Premium adds full paid account management (I own the ad accounts), the active GEO citation monitoring program, and the exec reporting cadence. If you do not need paid managed hands-on, Foundation delivers the infrastructure layer.
What does owner training look like at handoff?
The handoff phase includes parallel operation, where your team drives and I co-pilot, and standalone verification. Documentation includes runbooks, SOPs, architecture diagrams and agreed post-engagement support arrangements. Phase durations, acceptance criteria and completion are agreed before work starts. I will not hand over a system I am not confident your team can run.
What data access do you need?
Agree a permission map for each source, tool, environment and action. I personally implement the authorized work; use read permission for investigation and grant changes only where the selected build or operation needs them. Record account owners, destinations, credentials handling, review decisions and revocation steps, then verify actual transfer and removal at handoff.
Can I run Premium without paid ads?
Yes, but you lose component 01. The other five: GEO engine, content pipeline, Growth Command Center, Attribution OS, and exec cadence are fully standalone. Pricing depends on the engagement. If paid is starting from zero, the AI Marketing Audit is the better first step to establish whether paid is the right channel before building around it.
How many Premium clients do you take at once?
Scope, availability and start date are agreed per client or project. Premium requires operational involvement in your paid accounts and content. Scope and time commitment are agreed before work starts.
What is the Hybrid extension?
The Hybrid extension defines additional executive decision rights, leadership cadence and reporting responsibilities alongside the agreed implementation. Those rights need the company’s authority and resources. Premium already includes my personal build and operating work; the extension does not turn execution on or off.
What do the exec calls and board reporting include?
Premium includes bi-weekly 60-minute strategy calls with prepared briefs covering current performance, anomalies, decisions needed, and next sprint. It also includes a monthly board-ready metrics package with CAC, payback period, channel quality, and pipeline contribution. The automated briefing runs itself, and you review and approve.
