Growth delivery programme
Content Marketing Strategy and Execution
Connect the content you create with the questions buyers need answered. I personally develop the strategy and carry out the agreed content work, with factual review and clear responsibilities.
From the problem to an executable decision
A publishing calendar does not tell you which unanswered buyer question matters. I build and personally deliver the agreed research, articles, comparison pages, case material and distribution around the decisions your audience needs to make.
- Buying question
- Original evidence
- Useful asset
- Distribution and response
What I lead and implement, and what you receive
| Decision | Work and deliverable |
|---|---|
| Intent and evidence brief | Name the buyer, question, decision stage and source material. Decide whether to improve an existing page, consolidate duplicates or create a distinct asset. |
| Production and design | I produce the agreed copy, diagrams, worksheets and page implementation. Attribute statistics and company results; mark examples as examples. |
| Distribution and refresh | Connect the asset to internal links, relevant campaigns and sales use. Review actual discovery and qualified response before adding volume. |
A measurement worksheet you can use with your team
Fill in the definition, source, cohort or period, baseline, owner and review date before implementation. The cells are intentionally blank: enter observed data rather than presenting a forecast as a result. These measures start the scope discussion; they are not promised targets.
- Search discovery for intended questions
- Qualified inquiries from content journeys
- Sales use and buyer feedback
Record what changed, when, for whom and under which conditions. Compare compatible populations and windows, and inspect adverse outcomes alongside the primary measure. If evidence is missing or the observation window is incomplete, record that before deciding to expand the investment.
Relevant experience with clear attribution
I am Yaniv Goldenberg, a Fractional Head of Growth & CMO. I lead strategy and personally execute across the revenue funnel. cnvrg.io — growth and go-to-market work My published cnvrg.io case study describes growth and go-to-market work for a technical B2B product: translating the product into buyer-facing messages and acquisition paths. Historical results belong to that engagement and are not a forecast for your business.
At the start, we define the deliverables, the work I personally execute and the dependencies on your team. Access, budget, product truth and message approval come from their responsible owners. The handover records the implementation, checks, continuing owner and decisions still open.
Give every asset a useful job

Start with the audience, buying situation and the question the content should help resolve. Decide whether the work needs new material, a better explanation of an existing offer or an update to assets the business already has.
The programme can connect research, content planning, original drafts, agreed production and review. Blogs and webinars can serve different parts of the same buyer journey; choose formats for the purpose rather than treating publication volume as the goal.
What the agreed work can cover
Audience and content direction
Use available buyer, product and market evidence to choose the questions and themes worth addressing. Keep supported facts separate from assumptions.
Original content and implementation
Develop agreed briefs and content, then implement the selected work with the assigned contributors. Name factual approvers and publication owners.
Existing content improvement
Identify useful assets to retain, update, repurpose or consolidate. Review factual accuracy, intended audience and the destination of each asset.
Measurement and learning
Agree how the team will review content use, buyer response and downstream observations. Keep production activity separate from demonstrated commercial impact.
How the engagement comes together
Understand the content problem
Review the offer, audience, existing assets and available evidence. Identify whether the constraint is direction, production, relevance or use.
Agree the programme
Select the work, formats, contributors, approval process and review questions. Establish access and implementation responsibilities.
Create, implement and review
Deliver the agreed content work, preserve factual review and return observations to the next planning decision.
Choose strategy, content work or a connected system
If the main need is direction, the Content Strategy service focuses on buyer questions, themes and the plan for blogs and webinars. If the team needs agreed content delivered and implemented, the content-marketing engagement can include that work.
If the problem is a repeatable research-to-draft workflow, Content Compounder is a related system offer. The right scope depends on the actual bottleneck; a content engagement does not require buying every workstream or promise a ranking or revenue result.
Questions about the service
Does this include implementation?
Yes. I personally deliver the agreed implementation. Outputs, access, client approvers and publication responsibilities are scoped before work starts.
Can blogs and webinars be part of the plan?
Yes. Content strategy can cover blogs and webinars. The format, purpose, production responsibilities and supporting content are agreed for the engagement.
Do you offer executive ghostwriting?
No. This offer covers company content and content marketing. Executive ghostwriting is not offered.
How does this differ from Content Compounder?
Content marketing addresses the agreed strategy and content work. Content Compounder focuses on a connected content workflow; the scopes can connect without being assumed to be the same purchase.
How is the work agreed?
Scope, responsibilities, deliverables and review points are agreed per engagement. Continuing engagements are month-to-month with no minimum term; either side can end with 30 days notice.
