Data I Collect
When you submit the contact form I collect: name, email, company, vertical, budget range, situation, and UTM parameters. Providing your data is voluntary - you may decline, but I cannot respond to your inquiry without it.
Why I Collect It
Solely to evaluate and respond to business inquiries. I do not sell or rent your data.
Where It Goes
Submitted data is stored in a private database (EU-hosted), a private Google Sheet, and sent as notification email via Brevo. Tracking technologies that load on every page view: Google Analytics 4 (G-1ZJDKLEQM2), PostHog, Meta Pixel (2876990962364130), LinkedIn Insight Tag (1906364), and Google's advertising cookie (_gcl_au).
Retention
Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion.
Your Rights
Under Israeli Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981) and GDPR (EU residents): access, correction, deletion, objection, and consent withdrawal. Email yaniv@yanivgoldenberg.com with subject "Privacy Request".
