IL Product. US/EU Pipeline. Not a Positioning Deck.

Built the growth engine that took cnvrg.io to its acquisition by Intel.

Cyber AI GTM

I personally research and implement the agreed go-to-market work for Israeli cyber and AI companies serving US or EU buyers: positioning, technical content, campaigns, conversion journeys, sales handoffs and measurement. We map the actual stakeholders and approved product evidence, then agree delivery checkpoints and commercial observation windows. Pricing and capacity follow the client or project scope.

What this is

Demand, AI search visibility, and pipeline for Israeli security and AI products crossing into US and EU markets

This engagement builds the demand and pipeline layer an Israeli startup needs to sell into the US and EU. Three gaps show up almost every time: technical content that earns attention from a buying committee, not just a champion; visibility inside the AI tools your buyers now use to shortlist vendors before a call; and attribution that answers where the pipeline actually came from, in a way your board accepts.

That machine ties spend to pipeline you can point at. And it has to survive the buyer who researches you in ChatGPT, reads a peer thread, and forms a verdict long before anyone books thirty minutes with your AE.

Investment

Diagnostic-sprint and AI Premium scope, duration and pricing depend on the engagement.

Diagnostic Sprint Scope-dependent pricing 30-day sprint

US/EU ICP definition, buyer committee map, AI search visibility audit (what your product looks like when a buyer asks about the problem today), demand gap analysis, and a 90-day build plan.

Start with the diagnostic
AI Premium GTM Engagement Scope-dependent pricing per month

The full build: demand generation, AI search visibility, a technical content program, pipeline attribution, and paid demand where the math works. An operator in the CGO seat. Duration and pricing depend on the engagement.

Fractional CMO for Cybersecurity Operator Scope-dependent pricing

If you need a fractional CMO in the seat rather than a systems build, the cybersecurity fractional engagement covers the operator role alongside GTM. See the dedicated cybersecurity fractional CMO page. To adapt international SaaS marketing leadership to a cybersecurity buyer, see fractional CMO for cybersecurity.

Fit check

Who the cyber AI GTM is built for

Right fit for the cyber AI GTM:

  • ✓ IL cyber or AI startup with a working product and at least 3-5 paying customers
  • ✓ Founder-led sales working in IL but not producing US or EU pipeline
  • ✓ Product that does not appear in AI search results when buyers research the category
  • ✓ Team with no demand generation layer: only outbound and events
  • ✓ Planning US market entry in the next 6-12 months

Not the right fit:

  • ✕ No authorized sources or product-claim reviewer for the proposed work
  • ✕ Required implementation or approval capacity is unavailable for the proposed scope
  • ✕ Looking for a US sales team or SDR agency: this is demand generation, not outbound-only
  • ✕ Consumer product: this is B2B enterprise cyber and AI, not consumer
  • ✕ Wants a positioning deck: the deliverable is a running system, not a slide

What ships

Six deliverables from ICP definition to running pipeline motion

01

US/EU ICP and buyer committee map

Define the ideal customer profile for the US or EU market: company size, vertical, tech stack, budget authority. Map the buying committee: who is the champion, who is the blocker, who signs the contract, and what each one needs to hear. The ICP for US enterprise cyber is almost always different from IL ICP.

02

GEO for AI search visibility

Record selected buyer questions, engines, modes, dates, locale and observed mentions or source citations, keeping failed observations separate. I personally investigate public access, content and structured-data issues and implement the agreed changes. Those findings can support a hypothesis but cannot guarantee inclusion or establish why an external engine omitted a product.

03

Technical demand generation content

Content that a CISO or technical buyer reads because it addresses their real problem, not content that a marketing team wrote about the product. Specific: named problem, real data, mechanism. Distributed to reach the buyer where they read: trade media, LinkedIn, AI-cited publications, analyst relationships.

Technical buyers and commercial approvers often need different evidence from the same product story. A practitioner needs to understand the mechanism, prerequisites, limitations and how to evaluate it in their environment. A budget owner needs the business problem, implementation responsibility and the assumptions behind the value case. A security or procurement reviewer needs accurate information from the product team, not marketing guesses about compliance. Map these questions to the buying committee and use approved product evidence; a successful demonstration does not by itself establish deployment fit or a business outcome.

04

Pipeline attribution

Track where US/EU pipeline actually comes from: which content drove awareness, which channel produced the first inbound, which touchpoints preceded the call. Without attribution, the GTM investment is invisible. With it, you know where to put more and where to stop.

05

Paid demand where it pencils

LinkedIn demand generation for the US enterprise buyer where the CPL math works. Not all cyber GTM needs paid. The diagnostic maps whether the ICP is reachable at a cost that justifies the channel. If it does not pencil, the budget goes into content and GEO instead.

06

Fractional operator or systems handoff

I personally build, test and document the agreed GTM work in both delivery modes. A build-and-handoff scope includes receiving-owner training, maintenance and acceptance checks; an Operator scope includes the agreed continuing personal operation and review. We choose from the actual workload and capacity.

Market and buyer evidence

ICP definition, GEO audit, buyer committee map

Inspect the actual buyer, product evidence, competing offers and buying steps for the target market. Record selected AI-search question observations and their limits where relevant. I personally perform the agreed research and prepare the source-linked plan, with authorized access, reviewers and delivery dates set for the scope.

Personally implemented demand and measurement work

Content program, GEO fixes, attribution live

I personally implement the agreed content, campaigns, pages and measurement work with the responsible product, legal and commercial approvals. Test the selected implementation and record eligible source matches, unknowns and dependencies. Publication, citations and commercial outcomes need separate observations.

Operating review and handoff or continuing ownership

Repeatable demand, first US/EU pipeline, review cadence

Illustrative operating review: assess delivered content and campaigns, eligible qualified opportunities, pending sales decisions and unknown source matches. Document the next change and receiving or continuing owners. The actual schedule and commercial evidence depend on the buying motion; first pipeline or repeatability is not guaranteed by month three or six.

cnvrg.io Elementor Riverside.fm Intel $100M+ managed cnvrg.io Elementor Riverside.fm Intel $100M+ managed
cnvrg.io Intel acquisition

Demand generation and pipeline work at cnvrg.io preceded the Intel acquisition. An IL AI startup selling to US enterprise buyers requires the same discipline this page describes: technical content, pipeline attribution, and a buyer who validates vendors through multiple channels.

Elementor $200K to $20M ARR

Global GTM from an IL product. Elementor sold globally from Israel. The GTM motion that works at IL scale requires different infrastructure when the buyer is a US or EU enterprise. That operating experience informs how this engagement is built.

Riverside.fm +337% Net MRR

At Riverside I led paid acquisition during reported +337% Net MRR growth. That historical company outcome shows relevant operating experience without proving a technical-content mechanism or that every US enterprise security buyer follows the same journey.

$100M+ managed multi-channel

Managing $100M+ in paid across B2B markets shows where enterprise demand generation works at scale and where it burns budget without producing pipeline.

Questions

Cyber AI GTM FAQ

Why do IL cyber and AI startups specifically struggle with US/EU GTM? +An international programme should investigate the actual buyer stakeholders, product proof, research routes, language, commercial conditions and approval needs. I personally build and implement the agreed positioning, content, campaigns, journeys and measurement. Neither a country label, committee-size assumption nor one AI answer establishes the buying process or a vendor’s eligibility for a shortlist.
What is GEO and why does it matter for cyber and AI products? +GEO work can examine public access, useful source-grounded content, structured data and repeated observations of selected buyer questions. I personally implement the agreed improvements and distinguish mentions, source citations and named recommendations. External engines decide inclusion; a completed build does not guarantee appearance or a sales effect.
How long does it take to build a US/EU pipeline from zero? +We agree the investigation, personal implementation, delivery checkpoints and outcome windows from actual product readiness, buyer motion, evidence and capacity. Report completed work, qualified opportunities, pending sales outcomes and unresolved causes separately. Three, six or twelve months does not establish a universally repeatable pipeline.
Is this for pre-revenue or post-revenue companies? +Fit follows the actual question and work needed. Before revenue, we can scope personal buyer research, positioning, product-journey investigation or an initial market test. An existing CMO or VP can also use a focused project or operating support. We agree resources, permissions, decision rights and implementation rather than use a fixed paying-customer threshold.
What does the demand generation look like for a cyber product? +Thought leadership that a CISO would actually read: specific technical problems, real data, named examples. Not product marketing dressed as content. Paired with GEO optimization so the content appears in AI search results when buyers research the problem category. Paid demand where the ROI math works - typically LinkedIn for enterprise, sometimes sponsored placement in trade publications. Cold email at scale stays off the table, because the list burns fast in a community as connected as IL cybersecurity.
How does this connect to the existing fractional CMO for cybersecurity service? +The cyber AI GTM is the product build: demand generation, GEO, pipeline attribution, and content for the US/EU market. The fractional CMO for cybersecurity engagement is the operator model: I sit in the CGO seat and own the GTM number. For some companies, the right entry is the GTM build first and the fractional operator role second. For others, both start together. The diagnostic sprint maps the right path.
What is included in the diagnostic sprint?

The diagnostic sprint is a 30-day sprint. It covers a US/EU ICP definition, a buyer committee map, an AI search visibility audit, a demand gap analysis, and a 90-day build plan. The visibility audit shows what your product looks like when a buyer asks about the problem today. The delivery mode for the build is agreed during the sprint.

What happens on the first call and how do we start?

The first step is a 15-minute call where you show me your product and your current US/EU pipeline. On that call we map your buyer committee, your current GEO visibility, and what a realistic 90-day GTM looks like for your product and market. If the fit is there, the diagnostic sprint start date is agreed before work begins.

Do you work in the seat as an operator or build a system and hand it over?

I personally build and test the agreed work in both models. A systems build includes documentation, owner training and acceptance of the handoff; Operator includes agreed ongoing personal leadership, implementation and review. We name responsibilities, maintenance and capacity before starting. Advisory is the separate advice-only offer.

What does GTM mean here?

GTM stands for go-to-market. On this page it means moving an IL cyber or AI product into US and EU pipeline. The work is defined by two disciplines, go-to-market strategy and demand generation: define the buyer committee, build demand a technical CISO trusts, and measure the pipeline it produces rather than the activity around it.

How do you show where the pipeline came from?

I reconcile eligible campaign and opportunity records under documented definitions and matching rules, keeping unknown sources and timing differences visible. Attributed credit is distinct from causal influence. Delivery checkpoints and review windows follow the actual buying process and agreed access; no fixed month-two or month-three complete attribution is promised.
