Content Refresh and Consolidation
Led growth at cnvrg.io before its acquisition by Intel.
Make the content you already have more accurate, useful and connected to buyer decisions. Review what to keep, update or consolidate, then implement the agreed editorial changes with clear factual and publishing owners.
Review existing assets before adding more

Product facts, offers and buyer questions can change while older content remains in use. Start by identifying what still serves a useful purpose, what is incomplete or outdated and where several assets address the same decision.
I connect the content review to substantive updates on the selected assets and personally carry out the agreed work. The scope defines the library or priority set, evidence inputs, implementation access and client reviewers rather than assuming every page needs rewriting.
What the agreed work can cover
Content and purpose inventory
Review the agreed URLs or assets, their buyer questions and available usage evidence. Identify useful content to retain and gaps that need attention.
Keep, update or consolidate plan
Explain the proposed action for each selected asset. Distinct buyer decisions can justify separate pages; overlap alone is not permission to remove useful material.
Original editorial improvements
Update the agreed facts, explanations and structure with product or subject-matter review. Preserve attributable evidence and develop new material only where the scope identifies a need.
Destinations, links and handoff
Review internal links and any agreed consolidation destinations. Implement approved changes within the assigned access, with publication and retained-URL responsibilities clear.
How the engagement comes together
Understand the library
Bring the relevant asset list, current product or positioning information and available performance evidence. Agree the content set and factual reviewers.
Choose and revise
Review the retain/update/consolidate decisions, then deliver the selected substantive editorial changes. Resolve unsupported claims with the people who own the facts.
Check and hand over
Review the content, links and any included destination changes. Agree publication ownership and how later observations will inform another content decision.
Work with Yaniv
Led growth at cnvrg.io before its acquisition by Intel.
Keep useful evidence and destinations visible
Useful first inputs include the content inventory, changed product facts, current positioning and information about which assets people still use. Historical reports can inform prioritization where available; missing performance data does not automatically make a page disposable.
Consolidation needs an agreed destination and treatment of useful content, evidence and URLs. I can personally implement the agreed redirect or CMS changes when access and release responsibilities are defined. A smaller editorial scope can instead hand the approved requirements to your existing team.
Content Marketing can run an ongoing programme; Content Strategy chooses themes and format roles; Content Compounder connects the production workflow. This service concentrates on improving the current library. Review the delivered changes separately from later traffic, rankings, citations or commercial response.
Questions about the service
Does the service include writing the updates?
Yes. The scope can include substantive editorial updates and implementation on agreed assets, with factual review and publication responsibilities defined. The review is not automatically a commitment to rewrite every page.
How do you choose between updating and consolidating?
Use the buyer decision, current content, evidence and useful destinations. Update a distinct asset where it still has a job; consider consolidation when the material serves the same purpose and an approved destination preserves what is useful.
Can removing or redirecting content affect traffic?
Yes. Changes can affect discovery and traffic, so review the rationale, destination and available evidence before approving them. No ranking or traffic recovery is guaranteed.
Can you implement CMS or redirect changes?
Yes, when included in the agreed scope and supported by access. I personally implement the selected changes; the client’s release and publication owners approve the work.
How does this relate to the ongoing content services?
This is a focused improvement of existing assets. Content Marketing, Content Strategy and Content Compounder address related programme, planning and workflow needs; they can connect when those scopes are useful.
