Blog Writer AI-agent service
A blog-writing AI-agent service for questions your buyers actually ask
Led growth at cnvrg.io before its acquisition by Intel.
Your team has product expertise and useful answers, but turning them into a publishable article takes time. An AI draft can make that worse when the editor must replace generic language and check every confident claim.
I build and run a custom blog-writing agent service around your audience, expertise and editorial standards. I personally choose the content direction, review the research and refine the agreed article, so the output is useful to a reader and connected to a sensible next step.
Start with the question sales keeps answering
This fits a team whose buyers need an explanation before they can evaluate the offer: a recurring objection, a comparison, a practical guide or a question about how the product is used.
The first useful step is to match that question to your existing content. If a suitable article already exists, improving it may be the right project. If an answer is missing, we agree the reader, the contribution and the sources before drafting.
The revenue hypothesis is that a credible answer can help a relevant buyer understand the problem, evaluate your approach and continue to the appropriate offer. We choose the article's commercial role and follow relevant discovery, onward visits and inquiries.
What you receive
- An article brief naming the reader, question, main argument and connection to your offer.
- Research and a source list distinguishing product facts, attributable external evidence and original explanation.
- A complete article with a clear opening, useful examples and a purposeful conclusion or call to action.
- Editorial refinement for specificity, voice, supported claims and readability.
- A proposed title, search description, internal links and relevant supporting material.
- An agreed handoff to your editor or publishing owner, plus a plan for reviewing the article's usefulness after release.
The scope can cover one article, a focused series or continuing production. We agree research depth, expert input, formats and cadence rather than promise a fixed volume before understanding the work.
Where the agent helps and I take responsibility
The agent helps organize approved material, develop an outline and prepare drafts and revisions. I direct the piece, check whether the sources support its argument and resolve the editorial decisions with your subject expert or product owner.
Your team supplies product truth and permission to use private material. An agreed editor approves the final piece. If publication is included, we define the destination and responsibility for the final release. You can also receive the finished content for your own team to publish.
Measure the article's role in the buying journey
Start with the intended use: answering an objection, supporting sales, attracting a relevant searcher or explaining a product decision. Review qualified discovery, onward visits and the buyer conversations the piece supports. Use observed inquiry or revenue records where they exist, while keeping attribution limits visible. Rankings and AI citations cannot be guaranteed.

A first output for a recurring sales objection
Illustrative output structure, not a client result. The actual brief, evidence and delivery scope are agreed for your business.
- Question
What does a buyer need to understand before comparing this offer?
- Evidence
An expert explanation, current product facts, existing articles and sources supporting the argument.
- Output
A brief and complete article section containing a worked explanation, attributable sources and the next relevant page.
- Decision
The named editor accepts the answer, asks for missing expertise or improves an existing article instead of creating a duplicate.
Sample article brief and reviewed paragraph
Illustrative specimen. All example records, product details, messages and amounts below are invented for this demonstration. This is not client work, a live integration or a measured result.
The fictional product in this brief exports selected reporting data as CSV. It has no approved automatic email or spreadsheet-sync feature. The reader is an operations lead deciding whether an export fits an existing reporting process.
| Brief field | Filled example |
|---|---|
| Buyer question | Can I use the reporting data without replacing the spreadsheet my team already uses? |
| Approved source | Product note F-01: the user can export selected report data as a CSV file. |
| Claim to reject | Your spreadsheet updates automatically every morning. No supplied fact supports that promise. |
| Reader decision | Check whether a manual CSV export is suitable; ask about refresh requirements before comparing tools. |
| Next page | The product team's approved CSV export walkthrough, with the actual supported fields and limitations. |
| Review owners | The product owner confirms F-01; the editor checks the explanation and link before publication. |
If your reporting process already uses a spreadsheet, begin by checking the export itself. In this example, the product exports selected report data as CSV. Review the columns and reporting period before adding the file to your process. Automatic refresh is a separate requirement; a CSV export does not establish that capability.
Review decision: the editor can accept the supported CSV explanation. Hold publication if the product owner cannot confirm the export fact or the walkthrough destination.
Choose the ownership your team needs
This standalone service fits a defined task with a named business owner. If your existing specialist can deliver it with better inputs, the useful first scope may be a brief or focused implementation alongside that team. If the problem spans priorities, budgets and several channels, discuss fractional growth leadership rather than asking one workflow to own the whole function.
Questions before starting
Will this sound like our company?
We agree positioning, voice, examples and editorial references. I personally refine the output with that context instead of treating the first draft as finished work.
Can you write technical material?
We assess the topic and available expertise. Technical claims need reliable sources and a responsible subject reviewer; missing product knowledge is identified before it becomes copy.
How is this different from Content Compounder?
This service focuses on the article work you need. Content Compounder covers a broader recurring research-to-publication process when the organization needs that operating system.
What does it cost?
Research, complexity, expert input, formats and production cadence determine the proposal. It is available as its own service.
