Hands-on team workshops

Work through a real marketing problem. Leave with something your team can use.

Built the growth engine that took cnvrg.io to its acquisition by Intel.

Bring a recurring task, a difficult decision or a workflow your team needs to improve. I lead the session, build the worked example with you and help your team practise it. The agenda, format and follow-up fit your team and project.

Choose the work your team needs to practise

A workshop starts with a task, not a list of tools
Team problemWorking sessionTake-home output
AI drafts need too much correctionUse approved sources, write a brief and review the resultA tested task instruction, review checklist and owner
Marketing and sales disagree on lead qualityDefine the handoff and walk through example recordsStage definitions, routing rules and acceptance checks
Creative tests produce little learningTurn a buyer problem into a brief and a controlled comparisonTwo draft variations and a test decision sheet
Sales struggles to explain the valuePractise a demo, objection or internal buying discussionA revised sales asset and usage notes

Before, during and after the session

The format and duration depend on the task, team size and access requirements. Implementation beyond the agreed exercise, additional integrations and ongoing support are scoped separately.

  • Before: agree the decision, participant roles, approved material and the output we will check.
  • During: I demonstrate the task, then participants work through it using real permitted inputs or labeled demonstration material.
  • Review: compare the output with the source and agreed criteria; record what needs another decision.
  • After: hand over the completed exercise, editable materials, open questions and the person responsible for the next step.

Worked exercise: turn product facts into a usable content brief

Illustrative exercise only. It uses demonstration inputs and makes no claim about client results.

What participants produce and how it is checked
Input or outputExampleAcceptance check
InputApproved product note and a permitted buyer questionThe source and reviewer are named
BriefBuyer problem, useful answer, supporting facts and next stepEach substantive claim can be traced to the input
Missing evidenceA requested result has no supporting sourceReturn a question; do not manufacture a customer outcome
ReviewA teammate checks accuracy and clarityThe reviewer can explain what was changed and why
Next taskUse the approved brief in a defined workflowName the owner and any separate publishing approval

Training, implementation or ongoing operation?

A workshop helps your people practise a defined task and apply it again. If you need a documented operating system installed across the team, the internal AI growth-system project includes implementation and handover. If you need me to deploy and manage the agreed workflows, see AI agent services.

For a focused decision with senior support, growth advisory may be the right starting point. We select the format around the work you need completed.

Judge the session by what the team can do afterward

Agree a useful starting comparison: the same task, similar inputs, review effort and error criteria. After the exercise, check whether a participant can produce the output and handle missing evidence without the facilitator taking over.

You receive the agreed materials and completed exercise, with ownership and tool dependencies explained. A workshop does not imply a certification, a fixed productivity increase or a completed production integration.

How the work connects

Workshop process: agree a task, practise it, check the output and name the next owner.
Illustrative workflow. Examples and acceptance checks are agreed per project; no client results are represented.

Questions before we start

Do you personally lead the workshop?

Yes. I prepare and lead the agreed session, demonstrate the work and review the exercise with your team. We agree the participants, inputs and intended output before the session.

Can we use our actual campaigns or CRM?

Yes, when the material and access are approved for that purpose. We can also work with sanitized or clearly labeled demonstration data. A training exercise does not authorize changing a live campaign, sending messages or editing customer records.

Is this only about AI tools?

No. Sessions can focus on a growth decision, CRM handoff, creative testing, product messaging, sales enablement or AI-assisted work. The task determines which tools, if any, are useful.

How long does a workshop take and what does it cost?

Duration and investment depend on the agenda, team size, preparation and follow-up. We define the scope before booking. I do not prescribe the same format for every client or project.

Will you implement what we design?

I can personally implement the agreed follow-on work. The workshop identifies what is ready to use and what needs a separate build, access decision or production test. Implementation and ongoing management are made explicit in the scope.

What should we bring?

One recurring task or decision, a participant who owns it, approved source material and a concrete example of the difficulty. If you cannot share the underlying material, we can prepare an illustrative exercise and record the remaining evidence gap.
