B2B Growth Decision Brief Builder

Connect the goal, the evidence and the next decision. Build a prioritized growth brief that keeps assumptions and counterevidence visible.

Decision workbenchSample inputs

Growth decision brief

An evidence/unknown/counterevidence ledger and reviewable priorities, not an AI diagnosis.

Keep observations, hypotheses, unknowns and opposing evidence distinct.

Add your evidence

The decision

A measurable business decision or outcome.

Used only as a stated constraint; no invented opportunity value. Allowed input: 0–1000000000000 currency.

UTC calendar date YYYY-MM-DD.

Evidence and imported scenarios
Evidence ledger

Keep the source, uncertainty and opposing explanation next to each claim. New items start as unknown; impact, effort and confidence are your judgments.

No evidence items yet. You can still prepare an interview framework with the goal above.

Results from your other tools

Import up to seven exported scenarios. They are recalculated here and retain their assumptions; imported scenarios are not independently verified business evidence. Growth briefs cannot import other growth briefs.

No other scenarios imported. An evidence-led brief can start without them.

Start with what you know.

Add the claim, its source and what could contradict it. Unknowns are useful inputs, not failed scores.

  • Use the result without an email gate.
  • Keep source observations separate from assumptions.
  • Export only when you are ready to share the contents.

Calculations and pasted-evidence analysis run in this browser. Saving is optional.

Keep the work. Control the sharing.

JSON files include your inputs. CSV and copied briefs include results that may be sensitive. A copied tool link opens this tool without your inputs or result.

The next growth decision needs a clearer evidence trail

A company can have dashboards, audit reports and many plausible ideas without agreement on what to do next. A useful executive brief makes the business goal explicit, distinguishes observations from estimates, and preserves the strongest alternative explanation. Start with the decision rather than a generic maturity score.

Method and assumptions

Enter a goal, relevant observations, source references and confidence limits. Add counterevidence and dependencies for each proposed action. Prioritize a small set of next tests using explicit judgment inputs. Compatible tool exports can inform the brief, but arithmetic scenarios remain assumptions until supported by real outcomes.

An illustrative example

A weak pipeline result could reflect insufficient demand, poor qualification, a long sales cycle or incomplete tracking. The brief should record which evidence supports each explanation, what would falsify it, and which affordable next check could change the decision. It should not multiply uncertain estimates into a fabricated growth-leak total.

Turn the result into a useful next step

Choose a responsible person, a primary metric, a cost assumption and a review point for each action. Keep the next work bounded enough to learn from. I personally lead the research, prioritization and implementation work required to turn a growth decision into an accountable programme.

What the result can establish

The builder is a structured decision aid, not an autonomous business diagnosis. It does not retrieve company data, validate uploaded claims, create a hosted board workspace or certify expected revenue. A blank evidence field remains unknown; it must not become a confident recommendation.

Questions before you use the result

Can I start without using the other tools?

Yes. Start with your goal and known observations. Missing measurements should become explicit questions and next checks rather than invented findings.

Is this an AI-generated diagnosis?

No. This version organizes the evidence and assumptions you supply using a transparent structure. It does not call an AI provider or retrieve private company records.

How should I treat an imported calculator result?

As a scenario with its original assumptions and units. Importing it does not turn it into an observed business outcome.

Does exporting create a private online board link?

No. Downloads and copied briefs are files or text under your control. The tool does not create an authenticated collaboration workspace.

Do I need to leave my email to use the result?

No. The core tool works without an email gate. Contacting me about an engagement is an optional next step.

Who delivers the consulting work?

I do. I personally lead and deliver the agreed work. Your business retains its own responsibilities and access approvals; the scope is agreed with me directly.

Work with me on the next decision

I personally review the business problem, agree the scope with you and deliver the work. Bring the questions the tool helped you identify.
